RACHEL RODRIGUES
Founder & Pedagogical Manager
Holding a degree in English Language and Literature from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) and a Master's degree in Psychology in the area of Human Development and Socio-educational Processes, Rachel Rodrigues has built her career by combining academic depth, strategic vision, and international experience.
With a specialization in English Teaching from Bournemouth, England, and a postgraduate degree in School Administration and Supervision, she has built a solid foundation integrating pedagogy, management, and educational performance. She is a certified TOEFL ITP trainer and administrator, and a TOEFL iBT trainer, working with international standards of assessment and excellence.
With over 20 years of experience teaching English, Rachel has developed an approach that goes beyond fluency: it focuses on strategic communication, confidence, and professional positioning.
Since 2013, she has led Trends & Solutions — a company she founded with the mission of offering high-level education to students and companies in Brazil and abroad. Under her pedagogical management, Trends has expanded its operations to more than 12 countries, establishing itself as a benchmark in communicative development with purpose, method, and results.
Their work is geared towards teenagers, university students, adults, and high-performing professionals who understand that mastering English is a strategic decision for growth.

Higor Rodrigues has been part of the leadership team at Trends & Solutions since 2021, being responsible for the administrative restructuring and strategic repositioning of the company both nationally and internationally.
With a vision focused on growth, efficiency, and sustainable expansion, he led the modernization of internal processes, the professionalization of management, and the consolidation of the brand in markets beyond Brazil.
His performance was instrumental in transforming Trends into a solid business structure, prepared to serve students and companies in different countries, with organization, high operational standards, and long-term strategic direction.
Under his management, Trends strengthened its international presence, expanded its service capacity, and elevated its positioning as a globally minded educational institution.
